My daughter, a serious fitness disciple, gave me five sessions with Claire as a totally unexpected Christmas present. As a sedentary and decidedly out-of-shape seventy-something, I began them with more than a bit of trepidation. But I found the five sessions we did over a two-week period a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Claire is not only an expert at her trade, she is an enthusiastic, energetic, and personable young woman. I do not know if she specifically designed the sessions for someone of my age and record of physical inactivity. But the workouts WERE carefully designed, and they varied from session to session so that each time we did something new, at least new to me. Thus I exercised little and sometimes never used muscles, and I took pride in what I had accomplished at the end of each session. Therefore I can highly recommend Claire's services to any prospective clients but especially to the old and reluctant as I was before I started with her.

My experience with Claire in one word would be magical!

Not only did she provide me with amazing workouts via FaceTime, but with some helpful nutritional advice. She is such a personable and friendly person that I felt welcomed to just simply text her if I was in need of some motivation or to make a good choice at the grocery store, a restaurant etc. Over 10 sessions, I quickly saw improvement in my upper body strength and was able to perform more high level/difficult push-ups and assisted pull ups. My balance also improved dramatically throughout. I highly recommend Claire to any and all individuals choosing to live a healthy lifestyle!

Contacting Claire was the best decision I made in my journey to getting back into a healthy lifestyle. Claire is so easy to work with and helps keep you accountable along your journey to meeting any fitness goal. For me, the last two years have been crazy with work schedules and commuting, but Claire helps you fit a workout no matter how much time or equipment you have access, too. I have done everything from the pre-recorded videos to the in person workouts. If you live near Claire, I highly recommended the in-person workouts. I can only best describe these as somewhere between a coffee date and running a marathon. By the end of the workout, you have for sure worked every muscle in your body, but unlike many exercise programs I have done, you feel encouraged like catching up with a friend. Now down 12 pounds I can certainly say that the methods Claire uses WORK, but she somehow makes you want to keep working even when the scale isn’t moving as fast as you may like. This is the one workout program that I have been able to stick with through work, moves, commuting, and vacations. I was looking for flexibility in schedule and results…I GOT BOTH working with Claire. Working with Claire takes out the guess work of what to do at the gym…when your workout time comes around for the day Claire has it all figured out! I highly recommend working with her no matter your fitness level.
